This is a hand painted little painting is roughly 5.5x6 inches in size. It was made using graphite, colored pencil, ink gouache and watercolor paint. This painting can be used as a wall hanging or whatever suits you!

This painting depicts yellow oyster mushrooms, fox skull and an arctic blue butterfly. The oyster mushroom are a common edible mushroom because of their distinct juicy flavor. They are widespread throughout the world- except for in Pacific Northwest of North America. It prefers to live on decomposing wood, especially deciduous trees and beech trees. The mushrooms can be identified by their large wingspan (2-30cm), mostly found with a gray or brown color (but have many other colors as well) and the gills of the mushroom go from white to cream and descend onto the stalk.
