$82.00

This is a hand painted work is roughly 4x9 inches in size. It was made using graphite, colored pencil, gouache and watercolor paint. This painting can be used as a wall hanging.

This painting features nitrous bonnet mushrooms, a bison skull and a salt marsh moth. The nitrous mushrooms (also known as mycelia leptocephala) have grayish caps that reach up to 1.2 in in diameter and thin fragile stems up to 2.0 in long. Though the edibility is unknown for these mushrooms, they tend to smell like bleach. The mushroom is found in Asia, North America, and Europe. It tends to grow in groups by conifer needs, pinecones and sticks on the forest floor.
