In this mini series of two, I am drawn to the whimsy. I enjoy painting images that spark my imagination. These dream-like colors and dapples from my paint-brush, encourage a moment of thoughtful enjoyment. The little moths ‘dance’ on the paper, mimicking the delight my paintbrush and I had while creating this piece.

The original painting is 9x12 inches. Painted on watercolor paper, it was created using gouache, watercolor, ink and graphite.

It is sold unframed. If you would like to have it framed before shipping, please personally email me. With an additional fee, I’d be happy to do this service for you so it can be hung directly onto your wall. :)
