Red admirals are small but mighty little butterflies. Their average wingspan is only two inches but they can migrate very far distances; some traveling from Eastern Canada all the way to Texas for the winter. They are also quite people-friendly perching on humans who are close by.

Reading, coffee and butterflies are just a few of my favorite things- so why not combine them!

The original painting is 8x10 inches. Painted on watercolor paper, it was created using gouache, watercolor, ink and graphite.
